* This makes a very thick soup - add more stock if you wish!

 

1. Chop beef into 1cm cubes, add kidney & marinade with soy sauce. ....

2. Saute meat, ginger, onions, mushrooms in saucepan over low heat while preparing other ingredients

3. Add vegetables to saucepan & cover with stock.

4. Boil over low heat for ~30 minutes, then season with pepper

5. Serve (can sprinkle with grated cheese)
